Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lumae.art. Each order is handled with great care to ensure your artwork or print arrives safely and beautifully.

1. Order Processing

  • Original Paintings:
    Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Slovenia. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
    If the artwork requires additional drying, varnishing, or framing time, I will notify you personally.

  • Art Prints & Products (Printify, Gelato, Printful):
    Orders are fulfilled by trusted print partners located in Europe, the U.S., and other regions to ensure faster local delivery.
    Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and destination.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

  • Original Artworks:
    Shipped with tracked and insured service via Post of Slovenia, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location.

    • EU deliveries: 5–10 business days

    • International deliveries: 10–21 business days

  • Prints (via Printify, Gelato, Printful):
    Delivery times depend on the print partner’s location relative to the customer:

    • EU/UK: 5–10 business days

    • USA/Canada: 7–14 business days

    • Worldwide: up to 21 business days

Shipping updates and tracking numbers are automatically sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and type (original artwork or print).

  • Free shipping may be available for selected collections or promotions.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.

5. Packaging & Care

All artworks are professionally packed to protect against moisture and damage.

  • Original paintings: shipped flat or rolled in a sturdy tube (depending on size and medium).

  • Prints: securely packaged by Printify, Gelato, or Printful in protective sleeves or tubes.

Sustainability is important to me, so whenever possible, eco-friendly or recycled materials are used.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me at artbylumae@gmail.com
