Welcome to Lumae.art, the official online store of Kristina Žnidaršič (Lumaé).
By visiting this website or purchasing any item, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. Ownership & Copyright

All original artworks, prints, photographs, designs, and creative content on this website are the intellectual property of Kristina Žnidaršič (Lumaé).
No image, text, or design may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

By purchasing an artwork or print, you acquire ownership of the physical item only — not the copyright or reproduction rights.


2. Original Artwork Sales

Each painting listed as “Original Artwork” is a one-of-a-kind creation.
I take great care to represent colors, textures, and dimensions accurately, but minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Authenticity: Every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Right to Refuse Sale: I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if I notice suspicious activity, potential fraud, or other concerns regarding the buyer’s behavior or shipping details.

  • Shipping Refusal: I also reserve the right not to ship a painting if I believe the transaction poses a risk to the artwork’s safety or integrity. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded.


3. Print-on-Demand Products (Printify, Gelato, Printful)

Prints and printed products are fulfilled through trusted third-party partners: Printify, Gelato, and Printful.
These partners manage the printing, packaging, and shipping processes directly.

All orders placed for print-on-demand products are subject to the fulfillment terms of the respective provider. Any manufacturing or shipping defects will be handled in collaboration with the relevant partner.


4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Original Paintings:
    Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final once the painting has been shipped.
    However, I may review requests for returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis if there are special circumstances.
    I reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments:
    All original paintings are shipped fully insured and packed securely.
    If a painting arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
    Refunds cannot be issued for damages caused by couriers unless an insurance claim is approved.

  • Prints and Print-on-Demand Items:
    Refunds or replacements are only available if the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping.
